Juan (Martín Dutra da Silveira) joined Agrista as an intern while completing his Master of Agricultural Sciences, thanks to a recommendation from Roberto Cardelino, a Uruguayan wool consultant who worked in Australia for many years.

From day one, Juan exceeded expectations! 🚀 He refined and redeveloped our Benchmarking tool, making it more user-friendly, accurate, and secure. With intuitive checkboxes and prompts, Benchmark reporting has never been easier.

Despite returning to Uruguay in mid-2024, Juan remains a valued part of the Agrista team. During his time as the managing partner of Western Rivers Veterinary Group, Tim saw a need in the sheep industry for a dedicated veterinary-based sheep consultancy firm that could deliver advice and provide technical services. Tim saw the light, got out of vet practice, and founded @forflocks_sake based in Dubbo.
